How much will it cost me?

There is no delivery charge buying goods or services unless stated.

How long will it take?

Once your order is completed you will be contacted in two working day by one our fitters at arrange a covenant time to carry out the works.

  • Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
  • All orders must be placed before 2pm to ensure they are processed on the day. Orders made after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.

For example if you place your order after 2pm on a Monday, it will be processed on the Tuesday and a fitter will contact you with in two working days ie no later than the Thursday. Or if you place your order after 2pm on a Friday, it will be processed on the Monday and you will be contacted no later than the Wednesday.

Do you deliver to my address?

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some services are either extended by 5 working days or in some instances not available at all.

What if I am out when you try to deliver?

After placing your order you will be contacted with in two working days, by phone either by us or directly by one of our fitters, in order to arrange a specific date and time for the fitter to carry out the works.

However, if you are not at the address where the works are due to be carried out when our fitter arrives, this will be classed as a aborted call and will be charged at the rate of £30.00 the fitter will also leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the appointment at a convenient time.

What are the terms & conditions?

  • Appointment times apply only if the service is available in your area.
  • If any services you order are not available we will use the telephone or email details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are not able to contact you we will refund you accordingly.
  • Working day for fitter to carry out your works normally occur between 8am and 5pm. Currently the exact timing cannot be specified.
  • Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
  • Sunday and Bank holiday delivery is not available at an additional cost and is at the discretion of our fitter partners.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
  • Please leave a day-time telephone number so that our fitter can contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date
  • If your order contains more than one job you may be contacted by more than one fitter to arrange appointment date, and the works may be carried separately because our services cover different trades.
  • Jobs are available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some services are not available.
  • If you cancel any job, prior to the work being carried out, you will be charged £20.00 to cover admin costs.

How do I Exchange or get Refunds for cancellations?

If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from Fix My Property you need to contact us within two working days of the works being carried out.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.

*Exclusions: excludes installations and items made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
