Fix My Property is a UK based company determined to revolutionise the building, home and leisure marketplace. At this site you will find a wide, and constantly growing, supply of products and services for many of your property maintenance needs, all available for ordering securely on-line, with a personalised e-mail receipt, a complete order history on-line and product and service delivery directly to your door included in the price!

Find your product

If you know what you are looking for you can go to it one of two ways:

  • Use our search facility to enter part or the entire product name and click on the Search button. A list of matching products with a thumbnail image and price details will be returned below. Click on the name of any product that interests you to view further details. The search facility is also available from the Welcome page.

At any time you can select 'Home' from the menu at the top to return to the main page or press the back button on your browser to return to the previous page.

Put it in your basket

From the product information page, you should select the Add to your basket button.

You will then be taken to a page where you are asked to enter your e-mail address, name and address. Do so and click on the Confirm button when done.

Note that this is yet another secure page so any information you send to us will be encrypted for your privacy and security. Read our Security guarantee and Privacy Policy for information on how we look after your information.

Assuming all is well, you will be taken to the 'Your basket' page with your selected product added.

From here you can:

  • Click on the Continue shopping button to return to the Welcome page.
  • Click on Check out if you have finished shopping and want to complete your purchase.
  • Click on Clear order if you want to empty your shopping basket.
  • Change the quantity field and then click on Update order. It is very important that you click on the button after changing the quantity or your changes won't be acknowledged.
  • Click on the word Remove next to the item to remove just that product from your basket.

Checking out - Delivery details

Once you've finished shopping and clicked on the Check out' button in 'Your Basket', you will be taken to the Delivery page. Your address will be completed here for you. You can either:

  • Click on Continue if the address is correct.
  • Change the address as appropriate and then click on Continue

It is very important that you enter the correct address in order for your Service not to be delayed. Your telephone number is essentially in order so that the fitter can call to arrange a covenant time for them to call.

If you have moved house and the address shown is your previous one, please use the 'Shopper update' page to change your details for future orders.

Checking out - Card details

Having entered your delivery details, as above, you'll be taken to a page entitled 'Final purchase approval'. Here you will be asked the way you would like to pay and if you chose credit of debit card you will be asked to enter the name on your card, its number, and type and expiry date as well as to confirm your billing address.

If you have entered all requested details you should check the amount detailed is correct and then click on Confirm. Your information will then be processed securely by Fixmyproperty.com and, you will be given an order number.
