Fix My Property will remove your chimney stack from above the roof line, then from within the roof space, then from one first floor room and then from the ground floor room.

Make good walls ready for plastering, PVA then plaster with bonding coat and finish with a 3mm skim of finishing plaster.

Supply and fitting timber beams to form new floor and ceiling joist, lay over with floor board and plaster board to match existing levels, Finish ceiling repair with 3mm plaster skim.

Felt and battens then tile over hole in main roof with new or old tile to match the existing roof.

Make good ready for decoration. This price does not includes any skirting boards.

Customer to supply skips for all the rubbish.
