To enable Fix My Property.com to keep its prices very competitive, and for one of our estimators to visit your property to carry out a quote for work you would like done, there is an appointment charge of £70.00 for this service.

Conversely once you have confirmed your acceptance of our final quote we will of course refund your deposit this can be returned to you in the form of a cheque upon completion of works or can be deducted from the overall cost of the invoice.

To book your site visit just add to your shopping trolley pay 20% of the price shown and the remainder to the estimator on the day of the site visit.
