Our electrician will install the following:

• Three extractor fans into out side wall of the property, up to five meter away from the power supply.
• One extractor fan into out wall of the property, up to 10 meters away from the power supply.
• Install one air brick.
• Cut one hole into wall into out side wall of the property.

The above price includes the following:

• All the wiring to complete the job
• All the switches and spurs.
• All the trucking.
• All the making good materials filler ETC

Customer to supply the following:

• The extractor fan and wall kits.

To order this job just ad to your shopping trolley pay 20% of the price shown online and the remainder to our builders on the day the work is completed.
