Just a word to thank you for the plumbing work arranged through fixmyproperty.com. My old boiler had developed a series of faults (during the coldest week of the year as they do) and being new to the area I contacted you to see if it could be sorted.You arranged temporary repairs to get the heating back on and arranged an estimate based on either fixing my old boiler or fitting a new one (I opted for a new boiler). I thought the prices were very fair and clearly explained. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently within budget and I'm absolutely delighted with the job. I recommended you to my next door neighbour and she was equally delighted with both the quality and the fair pricing of the work that was carried out - a friendly, trustworthy,well priced service and two very happy customers here in St Albans.Many Thanks

We had tried and failed for weeks just to get someone out for a quote to fit my three doors.Finally we found your site and within a week the doors were fitted with no problems. Very happy with the service and work carried out. Alice said the guy who
came round was very friendly, seemed to get the work done quickly and
efficiently, tidied up after himself and also kindly patched up an existing
hole in our kitchen wall while he was there.

I did think the price was quite high for the work carried out - but have to
balance the extra cost against dealing with a reputable and certified
operator who I know will deliver what is promised.

Will certainly be in touch for a quote when we need other work carried out
on the house.

They arrived on time. We discussed what needed to be done. They happily got the additional bricks we needed and then worked solidly on the job.I was working at home so there were occasions when they needed something and had to wait as i was on the phone.
